Be sure to let all the thumbnails load first to fully utilize the Lightbox viewing feature. 

To save an image, save the target of the thumbnail ( In Windows, right-click on the thumbnail image and select "Save Target As" ) 

 Hover on the right side of the image and click to go to the next image, left side for the previous image.
